So many of the images I love were born out of an artist whose work is known by so many, but whose name is not. Ralph McQuarrie created many of the worlds movie and television fans dream of visiting. Our first impressions of the STAR WARS films are thanks to him!

I don’t care for the Oscars whatsoever, but I was lucky enough to catch the presentation of the Governor’s Awards, and saw that make-up legend Dick Smith was being honored with a lifetime achievement award. That got me thinking of when I was in college, and how a friend and I were able to get him […]

The Podwits are back in the cage after being in the wild for Borgnine Night and decide to tackle the troubling world of Hollywood!  Can the celebrated Wits of Pod remember how to steer a podcast?  Will Gooshie put the show on the air?  Luckily you won’t have to wait until next week… JUST PRESS […]

Mr. Lucas cites the enormous criticism from online fans and critics alike for killing the franchise. Lucas drew truckloads of criticism, first for his digital revisions to the original three films when they […]

It’s one thing that our TV is slowly being adapted from British television, or that our movies and TV shows are slowly being taken over by British actors/actresses, now they’ve set their sights on the Final Frontier.  And you know what?  I couldn’t be happier!

I know what you are thinking… A Podwit Profile on Vincent Price? Will we just rehash what everyone already knows about his film career and more, specifically his horror catalog? Haven’t we heard that before? Well, as I do think his acting career deserves an in-depth look, I will instead focus on 2 parts of his […]
